What happens after the 12 weeks?
You keep everything: the accounts, the AI roles, the playbooks, the call recordings and the help docs. Nothing evaporates. Ongoing support is optional, as a monthly group or a consulting engagement. When the AI tools change, and they will, the roles are written in plain instructions you can update, and the group is where we show you how.
What's yours on day 85
- Your ad accounts, pixel, CRM and automations, under your logins.
- Every AI role, with its instructions in plain language, so you or anyone you hire can read and change it.
- The handoff files: how each piece works, what to check weekly, what to do when something breaks.
- Every recorded call from the install.
Ongoing support
Optional. Owners who want company keep a monthly group call where we build the next thing together. Larger businesses that want us running the department alongside their team move to Consulting. Nobody is required to keep paying for what they already own.
"What if everything changes in a year?"
It will. The roles are instructions, not code, so a model change is a rewrite of a paragraph, not a rebuild. And you'll know enough by week twelve to do it yourself, which is the point. The most sophisticated owners ask this question first, and it's the right one.
Questions around the fire
Is it evergreen or does it evaporate?
Evergreen. It's installed in your systems, not ours.
What does maintenance cost?
The platform and AI usage you pay directly, usually modest. Our time afterward is optional.
Can I take it over fully myself?
Yes. That's the design. Several owners have.
