How much of my time does it take?
Plan on three to five hours a week for about twelve weeks, including a weekly call. We do the building; your hours go to decisions, approvals, and learning to tend what's built. After that, the system runs with a weekly 20-minute check.
The twelve weeks
- Weeks 1 to 2: Spark. We audit what you have, find where leads already slip, and pick the first two or three roles. One call, a couple of approvals.
- Weeks 3 to 8: Kindling. We build and launch: ads, follow-up, CRM, tracking, the AI roles. Weekly call, plus the odd message when we need a decision.
- Weeks 9 to 12: Bonfire. It's live. We scale against the numbers and hand you the playbooks, recordings and help docs. You start running the Friday check yourself.
After that
Twenty minutes on a Friday: read the report the AI role wrote, approve next week's ads, look at the calls booked. Owners who want company keep a monthly group call. Nobody has come back asking how to use what they own.
If you don't have three hours a week, say so on the call. We'll start smaller.
Questions around the fire
Is it a weekly call?
Yes, during the install. Thirty to sixty minutes. Recorded, so a partner or office manager can watch it later.
Can my office manager do this instead of me?
Most of it, yes. Decisions about offer and spend stay with the owner; the weekly tending can be anyone on the team.
Are you teaching me to do it all in an hour?
No. We install it over twelve weeks and teach you to tend it, not build it from scratch.
