What exactly gets built, and do I own it?

Jacob Campos, Campfire Creative Media

You own all of it. What gets built: the ads and landing pages, the follow-up sequences, the CRM, the tracking, and two to nine AI roles that handle repeatable marketing work. Each is under your logins with written instructions. We're the builders, not the landlords.

The deliverables

Owners have asked "one thing, three things, six things, what?" Here's the list. You pick how many roles.

  1. Acquisition: Meta and/or Google campaigns, landing pages, offers, creative pipeline.
  2. Capture: forms, call tracking, pixel and conversion setup, so every lead is counted and sourced.
  3. Follow-up: text and email sequences from first contact to booked evaluation, plus reactivation for old patients.
  4. CRM: Go Scaleable (or your existing GoHighLevel), set up so the team can actually use it.
  5. AI roles, two to nine of them: after-hours answering, lead follow-up, review requests, the weekly ad report, the kill-or-scale recommendation, content drafting, and more. Each has a job description in plain language.
  6. Reporting: one dashboard that answers "am I making money?"
  7. Handoff: playbooks, recordings, help docs.

Ownership

Your accounts, your data, your instructions. We log in as a user you can remove. If we parted ways tomorrow, nothing stops.

Want to see it before you buy? On the call we screen-share our own roles running live: the Friday ad-creation role, the kill/scale report, the "is this role working" dashboard. It's the part of the call that answers the most questions.

Questions around the fire

Can I add my own ideas or extra roles later?

Yes, there's no limit. By week twelve you'll be able to write a role yourself, and the group is where we build new ones together.

Can I use it for something outside physical therapy?

Yes. The roles are generic; the content is yours. Owners have used the same system for a second business.

Does it plug into my EMR and scheduler?

The CRM connects to most calendars directly. EMRs vary; some integrate, some need a simple export step. We check yours on the first call.

Bring your numbers. We'll bring the matches.
