Price depends on how many roles we install and whether we run it alongside your team afterward. We tell you the number on the first call, not after three. Installments are available on request. The way to judge it: one plan of care per month usually covers it, and the system keeps running after we leave.

What sets the price
- How much gets built. Two or three roles (say, after-hours answering, lead follow-up, and the ad report) cost less than the full department. Most owners start with two or three and add.
- Whether we stay on. Installation is one price. Running it alongside your team afterward (Consulting) is a monthly engagement.
- Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Meta or Google. Our benchmark shows what cash-based clinics in our accounts actually paid per lead last year, so you can size it.

Yes, when asked. Three payments is the usual split.
How to judge whether it's worth it
Count in plans of care, not dollars. If one new patient's plan of care is in the range most cash practices charge, one or two per month covers the investment. Then ask what you're already paying an agency, or losing to ads nobody is tracking. Several owners found the money by redirecting it rather than finding it new.
